Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: Between 21 to 28 years
  • Domicile: Punjab
  • Qualification Timeframe:

    Graduates who have completed their degree/ in the last two years (1st January 2023 and 31st December 2024) will be eligible to apply for this Internship.

  • Qualification:

    Candidates can apply if they have completed 16 years of Education in the below mentioned relevant degrees from HEC-recognized institutions.

  • Relevant Degrees:

    Candidates who have obtained their Graduation Degrees (16 year) or higher in degrees such as Tourism & Hospitality Management, History, Archaeology, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology  are encouraged to apply for this Internship.

Code of Conduct

  • Attendance: Attendance will be monitored through a GPS-enabled mobile application. Interns must log in and out of their work locations. Non-compliance will result in an absent mark and may lead to termination.
  • Leave: Interns are allowed a maximum of two leaves per month. Leave requests must be properly submitted and approved by the assigned supervisor.
  • Leave Deduction: If an intern exceeds the two-day leave limit within a month, a stipend deduction will be made for each additional day of leave, calculated proportionally.
  • Stipend: Stipend disbursements will be linked with the performance of the interns and same will be made through banking channels
  • Rules and Regulations: Interns must abide by the organization’s rules, regulations, and protocols.
  • Commitment: Interns are expected to actively engage in the internship program and demonstrate full commitment.
  • Deployment: Interns may be deployed to any relevant office or workstation where a vacancy exists within the organization as per their preferred district mentioned in the application form.
  • Skill Acquisition: Interns are encouraged to acquire relevant skills in their area of specialization.
  • Assignments: Interns must complete assignments given by their mentor/supervisor within the stipulated time.
  • Confidentiality: Interns must observe confidentiality regarding all official information and secure any tools and equipment provided during the program.
  • Handover: At the end of the internship, interns must return all materials and tools belonging to the organization.
  • Permission: Interns must seek permission from relevant authorities before leaving their internship station.
  • Dress Code: Interns must adhere to the formal dress code as per the organization's policy.
  • Punctuality: Interns must maintain punctuality in attendance and work-related activities.
  • Compliance: Interns are expected to comply with all official instructions from supervisors or authorized personnel.
  • Job Description: Interns should adhere to their job description and perform tasks as assigned.
